The subjective view of teachers: the connection between emotional burnout and the quality of the educational process

In Russia, the work of teachers at all levels education system is currently subject to increased and often contradictory frequently changing requirements. Analysis literature on research problem allowed revealing a contradiction between declaring importance teacher’s professional activity, one hand, other increasing responsibilities, reporting, psychoemotional tension pedagogical work, insufficient interest in subjective assessment current situation by very teachers. The purpose present study was identify degree emotional burnout among perception relationship quality educational process. used survey methods, testing using specially developed form Questionnaire level deformation, so-called Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) modification O. Polyakova. conducted has shown that (professional) exists organizations levels. However, focus this been shifted from fact teachers’ their as predictor process quality. severity components, such exhaustion reduction personal achievements.
